People with cognitive disabilities often require motivation, support, and extreme love. Sometimes, they may not process the amount of disgrace and disrespect that they are receiving. It is everybody’s responsibility to ensure dignity and kindness towards such individuals. Mental, mad, waste, and useless are some words that are to be strictly avoided while addressing a person with a cognitive disability.
