It is true that some government jobs provide lifetime job security along with additional benefits, but the vacancies for such jobs are extremely less in comparison to the population in our country. On the other hand, there are more opportunities in the private sector with flexible income, benefits, and even better employee benefits. So, it really depends on the kind of job that would fulfill your specific needs, which is what you should look for in both government and private opportunities.
