I was selected for my job based on my resume, but got rejected in the interview because of my disability. What should I do?

This can happen unexpectedly sometimes. This is a structural problem rather than an individual one. But as a person with a disability, we should be more confident and convince the employer of what we are actually capable of. We should list our strings and in what areas we will be most useful for their company. We should also point out the assumptions they might have based on our specific disability and correct it accordingly. Anyway, there is a job everywhere and let’s hope that we will win one day for sure.
